REPLACEMENT POLICY

1.     Overview:

At WestEndPrintCo, all products are manufactured or prepared with care. Due to the nature of 3D-printed and customized products, we follow a strict replacement-only policy.

By placing an order and accepting the Terma & Conditions at checkout on westendprintco.com, you agree to this Replacement Policy.

 

2.     No Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for orders except where required under applicable law. We only provide replacement in eligible cases described below.

 

3.     Eligible for Replacement:

A replacement may be approved only if:

·         the product was received damaged in transit; or

·         the wrong product was delivered; or

·         there is a verified manufacturing defect.

All replacement requests are subject to verification by WestEndPrintCo.

 

4.     Mandatory Reporting Window (IMPORTANT):

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

westendprintsco@gmail.com

The email must include:

·         Order number

·         Clear photos of the product

·         Clear photos of packaging

·         Unboxing video (may be required by WestEndPrintCo for claim verification)

Failure to report within this window may result in rejection of the request. Claims without sufficient proof of damage at the time of delivery may be rejected.

 

5.     Not Eligible for Replacement:

Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:

·         Change of mind or dislike

·         Minor layer lines, surface texture, or normal characteristics inherent to 3D printing

·         Slight colour or finish variation

·         Heat damage after delivery

·         Improper use or mishandling

·         Normal wear and tear

·         Incorrect address provided by customer

·         Delays caused by courier or customs

·         Products marked as customized/personalized (except proven manufacturing defect)

·         Products used in violation of care instructions

·         Material behaviour consistent with PLA/ABS/TPU properties

 

6.     Customized & Made-to-Order Products:

For customized or personalized items:

·         No cancellation once production has started

·         No return for spelling/design errors approved by customer

·         Replacement only for verified manufacturing defect

Customers are responsible for ensuring customization details are correct at the time of order.

 

7.     Replacement Process:

If approved:

·         Replacement will be dispatched within a reasonable time

·         WestEndPrintCo may request return of the original item

·         Customer must cooperate with verification steps

·         Replacement will be of the same product (subject to availability) or a functionally equivalent product at WestEndPrintCo’s discretion.

No monetary refund will be issued.

 

8.     Refusal Rights:

WestEndPrintCo reserves the right to reject replacement requests that appear:

·         fraudulent

·         abusive

·         inconsistent with product characteristics

·         unsupported by required proof
