1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using westendprintco.com (“Website”), placing an order,
or clicking “I Agree”, you (“User” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by
these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Continued use of the
Website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
2. Eligibility:
• General purchases: Users must be 18 years or older or under
supervision of a legal guardian.
• Replica weapon products (including but not limited to toy pistols, prop
blades, katana, karambit) are strictly restricted to users aged 18 years
and above.
By purchasing such items, you represent and warrant that you are legally
eligible to do so.
3. Nature of Products:
WestEndPrintCo sells 3D-printed plastic products manufactured in-house
using materials including but not limited to:
• PLA / PLA+
• ABS
• TPU
• Silk filament
Important Material Characteristics -
Due to the additive manufacturing process, customers acknowledge:
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product
appearance may slightly vary.
• Minor layer lines are normal
• Slight dimensional tolerances may occur
• Colour shades may vary from images
• Surface finish may differ from injection-moulded products
• Each item may have minor unique variations
These shall not be treated as defects.
Fashion Accessories Disclaimer –
Hair brooches, hair pins, and similar fashion accessories sold by
WestEndPrintCo are decorative personal-use items manufactured via 3D
printing. While designed for normal hair styling use, customers must
acknowledge that minor surface textures and variations are inherent to the
process. These products are not toys and should be kept away from small
children and pets. WestEndPrintCo shall not be liable for breakage, wear
from regular use, allergic reactions to materials, or damage resulting from
improper handling, excessive force, or exposure to heat or moisture.
4. Temperature & Usage Disclaimer:
Customers expressly acknowledge:
• PLA-based products may soften around 55–60°C
• Products may deform if exposed to:
o direct sunlight for prolonged periods
o parked cars in heat
o hot liquids
o dishwashers
• Unless specifically stated, products are:
o not load-bearing
o not structural components
o not heat resistant
o not food-grade unless expressly mentioned
Improper use of products voids any replacement eligibility.
5. General Safety Advisory:
WestEndPrintCo products are primarily intended for decorative,
collectible, or light utility purposes. Certain items may contain small parts
or pointed features. Customers are advised to keep all products out of reach
of small children and pets and to use appropriate supervision where
necessary. WestEndPrintCo shall not be liable for any injury, ingestion,
choking incidents, pet damage, or misuse resulting from failure to follow
this advisory.
6. Replica Weapon Disclaimer:
Certain products are non-functional replicas and props only.
WestEndPrintCo expressly declares:
• Products DO NOT fire projectiles
• Products are NOT real weapons
• Products are intended for:
o display
o cosplay
o photography
o collection purposes only
Buyer Obligations -
By purchasing replica items, you agree:
• You are 18 years or older,
• You will not use the product unlawfully,
• You will not brandish in public in a manner causing alarm,
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction,
• You assume full responsibility for use of the product,
• You will comply with local display and transportation laws relating
to replica items.
WestEndPrintCo shall not be liable for misuse.
7. Orders & Manufacturing:
Users may place orders as guests. The absence of an account does not affect
the binding nature of these Terms.
Orders may fall into three categories:
a) Ready Stock
Dispatched from available inventory.
b) Made-to-Order
Production begins after order confirmation.
c) Customized Products
Produced as per customer specifications.
WestEndPrintCo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole
discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or
misuse risk.
8. Pricing:
• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• In case of pricing errors, WestEndPrintCo reserves the right to cancel
orders and refund the payment.
9. Payments:
Payments are processed via Razorpay using:
• UPI
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
WestEndPrintCo reserves the right to:
• cancel suspicious orders
• refuse high-risk transactions
• request additional verification
10.Payment Disputes & Chargebacks (Razorpay Protection):
Customers agree that once an order is successfully placed and processed,
they shall not initiate unwarranted payment disputes or chargebacks
through Razorpay or their payment provider without first contacting
WestEndPrintCo. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges
and agrees that:
• the transaction is authorized,
• the product description has been reviewed,
• the replacement-only policy is accepted,
• and the order is placed voluntarily.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
• WestEndPrintCo reserves the right to submit order records, IP logs,
clickwrap acceptance, shipping proof, and customer
communications to the payment gateway or issuing bank.
• Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in blacklisting and
refusal of future service.
11.Shipping & Delivery:
• Shipping is available across select Asian regions.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only, not guarantees.
• Delays due to courier, customs, weather, or force majeure are not the
seller’s liability.
Customs -
For international shipments:
• customer is responsible for any customs duties
• import taxes must be borne by the customer
• clearance delays are beyond our control
Delivery & Risk Transfer -
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the
shipping address provided by the customer.
12.Replacement Policy:
WestEndPrintCo follows a replacement-only policy.
Eligible only if:
• product received is damaged
• wrong item delivered
• manufacturing defect (verified)
Not eligible for:
• change of mind
• minor 3D print variations
• heat damage after delivery
• misuse or improper handling
• customized products
• normal material behaviour
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery (as per courier
tracking timestamp) with:
• unboxing video
• clear photos
• order details
Refunds are not provided except where legally mandated.
13.Customized Orders:
For personalized products:
• customer is responsible for spelling/design accuracy,
• no cancellation once production begins,
• no refunds or returns,
• only replacement for proven manufacturing defects.
14.Anti-Fraud & Order Screening:
WestEndPrintCo reserves the right to:
• verify customer identity,
• request additional information,
• hold, cancel, or refuse any order,
where an order appears suspicious, high-risk, bulk in nature, or potentially
fraudulent. Indicators may include but are not limited to:
• mismatched billing/shipping details
• abnormal order patterns
• high-value replica purchases
• prior dispute history
If adequate verification is not provided within the requested time, the order
may be cancelled and refunded at the sole discretion of WestEndPrintCo.
15.Replica Safe-Harbour:
All replica items sold by WestEndPrintCo are:
• non-functional,
• non-firing,
• and manufactured solely as display or prop models.
WestEndPrintCo does not manufacture, modify, or sell real weapons.
The customer expressly acknowledges that:
• misuse, public brandishing, modification, or unlawful use of replica
items is solely the customer’s responsibility;
• WestEndPrintCo shall have no liability for any legal consequences
arising from the customer’s handling, transport, display, or use of
such products.
Customers are advised to use discretion and comply with local laws
when transporting or displaying replica items in public spaces.
16.Intellectual Property:
All designs, images, models, and content on the Website are the intellectual
property of WestEndPrintCo and may not be reproduced without written
permission.
17.Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WestEndPrintCo shall not be
liable for:
• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits
• misuse of products
• heat deformation
• third-party courier delays
• customs delays
• improper handling by user
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
18.Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WestEndPrintCo from any
claims arising out of:
• misuse of replica items
• unlawful use
• violation of these Terms
• incorrect customization input
19.Force Majeure:
WestEndPrintCo shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events
beyond reasonable control.
20.Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sangli,
Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
