1.     Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated processing timelines:

·         Ready Stock Items: 2 - 4 business days

·         Made-to-Order Items: 4 - 10 business days

·         Customized Products: 5 - 14 business days

Processing times are estimates only and may vary without prior notice depending on order volume, production load, or unforeseen circumstances. By placing an order and accepting the Terms & Conditions at checkout on westendprintco.com, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

 

2.     Shipping Coverage:

WestEndPrintCo currently ships to selected locations across Asia.

If your location is not serviceable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund of the amount received.

 

3.     Delivery Timelines:

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

·         courier delays

·         weather conditions

·         operational disruptions

·         customs clearance

·         remote location servicing

·         force majeure events

WestEndPrintCo shall not be liable for delays, loss, or service deficiencies caused by third-party logistics partners.

 

4.     Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. WestEndPrintCo reserves the right to revise shipping fees at any time.

 

5.     Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

WestEndPrintCo shall not be responsible for:

·         delivery failures due to incorrect address

·         re-shipping costs arising from customer errors

·         delays due to incomplete contact information

 

6.     Risk in Transit:

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner. Any transit-related claims shall be subject to verification in accordance with the Replacement Policy.

 

7.     International Shipping & Customs (IMPORTANT):

For orders shipped outside India:

·         customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local levies

·         customs clearance timelines are beyond our control

·         refusal or failure to pay customs charges may result in shipment return or abandonment, and no refund shall be issued for the order amount or shipping charges.

WestEndPrintCo shall not be liable for customs-related delays or charges.

 

8.     Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

·         incorrect address

·         customer unavailability

·         refusal to accept delivery

·         failure to pay customs duties

WestEndPrintCo reserves the right to:

·         charge re-shipping and handling fees; or

·         cancel the order without refund of shipping costs.
